Is it missing, or just broken? Try to find it in coach if it is missing. They often break, but you can rotate it 90 degrees and glue it in with good epoxy adhesive. It will hold, the glue just holds it from rotating. Also be sure the axle on the idler end is pulled out far enough for a good tight fit into the bushing to keep it from falling down again. I also bend the motor end bracket in a tad for good tight fit. They are tough to get back in like that, but they won't fall down anymore. Also be cognizant of the direction the limit switch buttons are installed at. You need access to them after it is back in. Install the blind the same way it fell down. In other words, mine would fall down travelling down the road fully rolled up, so that's how I put them back to keep the limits correct. Good luck!
They are made by The Right Track, and I see them online. I have never contacted them though.
