Charles, Thought we had fuel line issues because of the flaming out so we changed them. Problem would up being a bad fuel pump. Watch the clear fuel filter while it is running. You should be able to see a slight pulsation in the fuel level. If the unit hasn't been run in awhile, you could haveair in the fuel lines so use the vent valve to bleed the lines out. Just crack it open a little.

Hi Charles, just had to have both of my Wabasco fuel line replaced. From the tank to my unit at the rear passenger side, last bin. NOT EASY! It was covered under warranty but took three days to get it done. Good news is that it fixed the problem! Kevin Waite has directions for the fix if you are interested.

HI Charles,

I had the same problem. I removed the fuel line from the heater and put on a new one about three foot long and put that into a one gal can of diesel fuel.
The unit ran like a new one. Then I replaced the fuel line from the tank to the heater. all is good.
