Direct water connection to coach

We are connected to the "city" water yet we are only drawing the water from the tank and not directly from the city. We have to hit the fill switch to fill the tank when it gets low. Is there a switch that we need to hit to draw directly from outside? Thanks for your help.

Be sure the pump/bypass switch in the wet bay is set right. I forget, I think bypass, but try it both ways, little red light should be out. That switch overrides the pump switches inside coach. When hooked up to city water, can you hear your water pump on? Or tell by the water flow it is pump? Sounds like your pump is on and you are just pumping from your tank.

On our Allure, there is a water pump switch on the utility bay panel, which I understand will activate the pump regardless of the switch positions in the Coach. If that switch is on, that would create the situation you describe.
