8k generator

A couple days ago I retrieved our coach from storage, and the generator won't run. No crank, no fuel pump prime, no anything. The Silverleaf shows "fault", a communication error. Code 13 11. The manual switches flash, when trying to start the generator.
I'm in ST Louis now, at Cummins Mid South, and I'm told testing reveals a bad fuel pump. A bad fuel pump can set a communication error?

Try resetting the Silverleaf by unplugging the 'Silverleaf Main' plug, also flip the 12v house main at the door a few times . . . might clear things up.

To end the thread, replacing the fuel pump cured the no start problem, and cleared the 13 11 fault. There is still a Silverleaf Internal Communication message. I guess $500 wasn't enough to fix that too.
