Scam RV repair

Last October, while in Williams, AZ, we met a mobile RV repair guy in the RV park. He seemed nice enough and we signed a credit card slip for him to order some parts (and to eventually install the parts). Big mistake - we didn't get a detailed invoice of the charge. We have been fighting ever since to get a credit through our credit card company. Just a word of warning - get a detailed invoice if you are ever dealing with a mobile RV service when giving them your credit card. We have written him up on the RV repair review website. I am looking for other ways to bring this guy down! Any ideas?

By the way, he goes by Rex. His card says Precise RV Service. He bills under the name of Neighborhood RV Service in Boulder, NV. He also works out of Lake Havasu.

Anyone who works out of his truck bears watching and I'm not just talking about the little guys either .I got took by Clark Powers mobile guy to the tune of almost three grand!!!!

We've been RVing for 44 years, and had the services of a few guys with mobile units over the years, and all good. The guy we swear by (Mike's RV Service in Santa Rosa CA) is a fellow we met through his mobile service. He has been our guy for a decade.

I am sorry you had this difficulty, and grateful for the good service others gave us.

May we all meet all good guys along our ways.
