Remote control massage chair

Looking for any help with our 2006 intrigue (#11933) new battery's in controller - both chairs still don't work. Do i have to reset something? Jim Norgren

have you looked at the little slide switches on the of the remote. Mine won't work but it turned out to be the the slide switches.

Still looking for help on our seat massage controller. Maybe we don't know how to use it. If i press on/off - red light comes on. If i press any of the buttons on right red light comes on. Nothing happing in chair. This coach is new to us, i have both power and ground to controller. We don't have any manual for this, maybe I'm missing something. Like do i need key on? Does engine need to be running? Does anyone have a manual?

Hi Jim,

On my 07 Affinitty the key does have to be on.
I had to replace the hand controls because the cords were coming apart, this included new control boxes as well.
Pretty simple exchange.

My seats were made by Villa International, in Cerritos, CA. 562 404-8111. I think about $100 per seat.
They might have some trouble shooting ideas.
