Front Windshield Glass Broken

I have a 2008 Intrigue. Unfortunately, I had a rock hit my front windshield and broke it to the point that the cracks from the impact are spreading and I will need a replacement. What am I into here? Are replacements available? Do they need to be ordered from now Winnebago? Don

We Hust had ours done last week . Called insurance Company , they sent RV Glass solutions to see it . They ordered the replacement and installed it 5 days later at our site in NC . Took about 2 hours total .

If you are a member of FMCA they have a new program with Guardian get years dues paid when your windshield is replaced.

Got it. I was most concerned that these wrap around windshields would not be available. Sounds like that is not a problem. Thanks to all for all the helpful info.

A friend of ours just had his 2008 Intrigue 45' replaced at CC/W in Junction City. Be prepared for sticker shock. $4700

Difference between just a glass company and a company that does a lot more things. found the dealer type companies, do charge more for the same type of repairs.

To CW glass work is a sublet and they mark up sublet just like a part.

It looks like RV Glass solutions is in Greensboro NC. They don't appear to have a nationwide reach. I'm in Minnesota and they aren't able to help me here.

I am at RV Glass Solutions in Coburg, Oregon at the moment, getting my front glass replaced. A friend in Phoenix turned me on to them. He had his windshield replaced by them in Phoenix. They seem very much, to notch. They manufacture the glass in Turkey, and then ship it to Oregon where there main office and warehouse is in a former Monico factory facility. If you call them, they can get you set up anywhere in the U.S., within a short driving distance for you. It takes one day to replace the glass, and an overnight stay for it to cure, then an inspection the following morning to make sure that all is well. Lots of Canadians are up here right now, getting theirs replaced, as Canadian authorities won't permit them to cross the border with a broken windshield.

Never mind. I contacted the wrong place. I found the one in Oregon and will contact them Thursday.
