Buyers Remorse, I Hope Not (was Tir

I wanted a bedroom slide and also the third storage compartment. When I drove a 2003 I loved the fact the slide mechanism didn't take anything away from underneath storage. When I stepped into a Newport, I was confronted with the cramped bath again. The Ovation is 10 decibels quieter than my Allure down the road. The rear end anomaly was gone (3/4 tailwind was an annoyance). We took out the water closet partition, as on our Allure to give us more room, and we love the fact the lavatory slides with the bed. I wanted the three airs, but didn't want to wait another 60 days, so got the 15k btu and they do agreat job. Carol wanted a place to do her quilting, so ordered the computer desk and the sewing machine fits right in. Left the washer dryer out for her fabric storage. It will turn inside the Allure. I can drive the coach 500 miles in a day with half the fatigue (IFS). I Don't have to worry with black tank fumes with the Headhunter toilet P trap. Just the amount of water used with each flush. The braking and handling are a magnitude of improvement. I didn't get the Cat, but I have only lost 10 to 15% mileage with the ISL and have gained 3 to 5 mph on the same grades.
Carol got here custom interior and custom paint job as part of the deal. The list goes on. My Boss asked the same question and I found 135 improvements to the unit not counting decorating and gimmicks. I took factory delivery and had the little things corrected in 24 hours that took one year hassling the dealer and going to the factory. That's enough for now see you in Tucson. tom/carol 98 Allure Deschutes 30255, 2004 Intrigue Ovation 11731

Tom/Carol,

You have convinced us. Maybe we can find you in Tucson but that would mean leaving the peace and quiet of Winter in the Washington San Juans. We may just stay here.
