Our radiator is finally decided to start failing. Not totally gone yet but I have noticed coolant on both bottom corners. Do any of you have anything in the way of a service manual on how to remove and replace the radiator and charge air cooler.
Thanks in advance for any advice or how to.

How difficult is it to remove a radiator from 98 allure? Anything special about it?

As told by the little voices in my head

Not to bad. I have a 32 ft allure and replaced the radiator, CAC, and hydraulic oil cooler in my garage. Backed it up on wood step ramps made out of 2x12's. Raised the rear air to max height. Started at 8:00 am and had everything out by noon. Used a floor jack to lower it and one more set of hands.

Where do you purchase the radiator? Is it CC specific? Or would it be a custom build.

You might try Resource Engineering there in Eugene. They make CC specific. Spendy but should be what you need.

Kevin Waite knows a good radiator builder, they built my turbo intercooler, fabulous job, looks like a classic Hot Rod now. Call Kevin.
