I had cracked mounting bezel rings. I contacted Polk audio and they sent me new ones free of charge.

You remove the screen and then turn the mounting screws a quarter turn. The ring gets broken when someone tries to "pry" the speaker out.

I believe you have to buy an entire new speaker as the sign is apart of the speaker housing.
