Engine fail

Yahoo Message Number: 112223
Hello group,

Well over 4000 miles without any issues. When leaving Halifax, Nova Scotia the engine shutdown twice while warming up in fast idle. Made the drive to Auburn Maine in one day without a problem. Yesterday I traveled a short distance to dump tanks. At 25 mph my engine shutdown. I was able to pull over in a safe place. I tried to restart to see my two needles spinning instead of the normal cycling. Finally after six attempts it started. First I am thinking a loose wire and maybe the fuel filters??? I changed both filters in May. Hopping others may have had this experience.

Have you checked your coolant level in the surge tank?

Check connections on back of alternator. Make sure all are tight.

Do you have a connection for the OBD bus for error codes?
