National General Insurance

My INS insurance finishes on Sept 7th. Good Sam has given me a quote through National general. My friend who used to have an insurance agency wasn't too keen on them. Has anyone used them or would you recommend another insurance company.

I have used them and they have been great. Although I would not buy their policy from Good Sam buy it directly from National General.

I bought the policy thru Good Sam. Was a better deal than my previous insurance company. I also got a quote from Progressive about a month ago and it was about $500 higher. Had a claim for a windshield on my previous motorhome and they handled it well. I recommend Good Sam.

We have them first year. Already had a claim paid it off my pics got my check right away. Saved us a lot of money over our previous company.

I also think its worth noting that some insurance companies will not insure anything over 37' and I have National Insurance thru Good Sam. Recommendations on insurance companies would be welcomed.

For what it's worth: we've got our rig insured with GEICO, and are very happy with them. Have had two claims in a year - one for a windshield chip repair and another to replace the windshield, and both were processed seamlessly.

I had National General for a long time. With no problems .I only had one small claim but they handled it professionally, If you are uncomfortable with them however, call Good Sam back and tell them you would like another company. They are nothing more than an independent insurance agent, so they can write your policy through many company's .

Just had my front windshield replaced. Installer said "Just be glad you do not have National General". Nationwide covered it 100%. I have had one of the Nationwide companies for over 7 years of full timing. No issues and a LOT of claims. Great Company.
Call Miller insurance in Lake Oswego Oregon.
