Electrical Outlet retainers

We broke the bedroom outlet retainers. They are a plastic hook that threads into the bolt to keep the outlets in the nightstand. I have looked everywhere and cannot find them.

Anyone know where I can get them?

I assume you mean the outlet box retainers. You will probably need to remove the existing box and replace it with a 'remodel' type box that comes with retaining 'wings'. They're made specially for such occasions.
