Just a question

I have put a few questions up to the group recently. My question is how does this work. Seems like that when my question comes out there are already people answering me. Shouldn't I see a post first with my initial question, then the following post would have responses?

Tom, it's not unusual to see a response to a question followed by the original post of the question.
