Rumor: Eric Olstrom Starting His Own Business?

On FaceBook yesterday, I saw a brief greeting from Eric Ostrom saying that good things were going to happen in 2018. It said that he was going to start his own business and would be mobile until established. Someone responded that it was good to have him back in Tucson. He has been in Phoenix for about a year.

There was no way to contact him. Does anyone have any details? Eric, if you are on this site, provide us with details?

I received the same letter, I am confused as too what he is doing. Sounds like he left the Premier Group. Will make some calls see if I can find out whats going on.

From what I read he has started his own business, out on his own. Initially he will be operating as a mobile repair until the business builds itself into a brick and mortar facility. He has a Facebook page for his new business.

Yes, I spoke with Eric and he has has indeed started his own business in Tucson. Olstrom Custom Coach. I believe he put it up on Facebook. He is just mobile for now. I'm sure you can reach him on his old cell number. If you need it let me know.

I'm having Eric install a wax valve next week. He is, in fact , starting up again in Tucson, with plans to open a shop in the near future. He's doing some consulting, and mobile repairs in the meantime. His number is 520-225-8155.

The wax valve is a non electronic way to control your cooling system fan and it replaces the Sauer Danfoos controller. It is mounted in a coolant hose and the valve opens and closes depending on coolant temperature. It was used years ago before someone decided to use the electronic module that has a pretty good failure rate Source Engineering has one, you can check it out here http://sourcerv.com/conversion

Hello to everyone, Sorry i don't get on the site often and I figured I should let more people know what I am doing now.
After working hard to get myself to a position to move forward I have reopened a new business Olstrom Custom Coach LLC, currently I am operating Mobile this does restrict me on some things I can physically do but I moving as rapidly towards having a building that can allow me to be a one stop shop again,
Currently I am booking appointments in Tucson and the phoenix areas obviously the farther away from Tucson I have to travel there are service calls and or if I have to fly to your location there are expenses that need to be covered.

I look forward to rebuilding the relationship I have had with all the owners and clubs because without all of you I wouldn't be able to do this.
