I am a little disappointed in the recent Silverado as it requires disconnecting the negative battery cable before towing. Just another step that I don't want to take.

Fuel gauge sender access, Webasto won't ignite (where is it). Overhead control panel just went out except for chassis battery check.no other function us registering neither does water pump activate. How's that for starters? Its a nice motorhome cosmetically excellent, I'm second owner, garage kept from day 1. And only 60,000 miles. Tks j.t.

We have been towing a silverado for almost 8 yrs. With a cap on the rear our storage space has increased. As far as disconnecting the negative terminal, I have put a disconnect on the battery negative terminal. Takes less than 30 seconds to connect the terminal. We also have a 40' and have had no problems

So install a knife switch on the balltery terminal. Or have some one install a 200 amp relay with a switch. TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731.
