Hydraluic Reservoir - dipstick fell in ----HELP??

Any recommendations on how I get it out? I have put my arm as far as I could reach with a magnet stick but cound't seem to find it and we need to move today :-/ if we are forced to leave is there any issue if we had to drive with it in there???

Got it - never mind. Someone always has a longer dipstick with a more powerful magnet J  We are on our way shortly!
