Time To Come In Off the Road!

After 23 years of RVing, you know when it is time to come in off the road. This summer was our time.

* 6 weeks ago we bought a new home in Yachats Oregon in the KOHO Development just past the Yachats River on 101.

* 4 weeks ago a couple drove up from Fresno to Newport to look at our motorhome. We spent 3 hours with them, the next day they wanted to drive it and we spent another 3 hours and the next day they bought it.

* 3 weeks ago, a person bought our Lot 122 at Pacific Shores Motorcoach Resort

* 2 weeks ago, the same person bought our Lot 244

* 1 week ago we spent our first night at our new home at 26 Basalt Loop, Yachats, Oregon. It was July 20.

This was the same day FDA approved TIBSOVO, the Clinical Trial drug I have been on for 2 1/2 years for leukemia and that has saved my life.

God always has a plan and a way to work the plan. This summer we followed that plan and are rejoicing in God's blessings.

So, after being one of Herb's best marketers years ago for his new idea for communication about the coaches we love and for all the wonderful help received from Country Coach owners over the years, Jim and I are saying goodbye friends. A new life is ahead for us.

We've visited Pacific Shores several times in the last few years, and your well cared for coach was always a pleasure to see as we made our nightly walks thru the park with our wild dawg Poppin's.

We were their for the Eclipse, and appreciated yours and the parks effort to include the guests in this wonderful event of nature. First class effort by all.

(I suspect you've met many guests of the parks over the years, so no worries if you do not recall us. I'm a tall gent avoiding mirrors, with a beard (And my DW claims the start of a belly.).My DW, is a beautiful taller lady with reddish blond hair. We have an 04 Allure with a few solar panels on top. And our License Plate's from South Dakota are often remembered. THEJRNY on the coach, and ONDROAD for our white Honda CRV.)

I referred your coach to a few people I knew that were 'in search of'. And unfortunately, the timing was off for us to consider one of your two lots at Pacific Shores.
