Propel Diesel HPR

I just received today a mailing about the above referenced fuel for diesels, said to be safe for all diesels, being both cleaner and providing greater mileage. Any learned remarks, hopefully based on scientific information and/or personal experience, would be most interesting and I would admire to receive them. Ours is an older coach with a Cummins 370 dating from 2004. Thanks for any input.
