Accuride Drawer slides

My Accuride drawer slide self closing 3832EHDSE ( heavy duty self closing mechanism ) would not stay closed when drivigng. I contacted Accuride Technical Support sent them pictures of the slides they then sent me the parts that were broken. They have a life time warranty for original owners. I have a 2006 Inspire.
