PRIORITY - Air System/HWH Leveling System Issues.

LOCATION: Orlando/Kissimmee/Lakeland FLORIDA:

We are having our windshield replaced (for the second time in 3 weeks) because of a stress crack. We think that our air leveling system is leaking somewhere, causing the coach to twist. When we have the coach leveled (we have HWH AIR leveling system, NOT jacks). The coach adjusts leveling every other hour or so for 15-20 seconds. We thought it was because of changes in altitude/heat/moisture (we are in Florida) but are suspecting that there is a small leak in the system. Currently the coach is a RV Glass/Coach Glass in Lakeland getting its second windshield and we'd like to see if we can get someone to look at the air system relatively quickly.
1.) Name(s) of shops that have EXPERIENCE and are reputable working on Country Coach and/or HWH Air-Ride Systems.
2.) Name(s) of mobile techs that could look at the system.
Obviously, if the system is leaking and causing the frame to twist and the windshield to crack, we need to get this fixed asap.

We had very good service from Fountain RV in Lakeland. Their old service manager, Butch, was a former CC tech. He's left, but I believe that his shop supervisor, RJ, took over and he was also very knowledgeable. You might give them a try...

Do not trust Foutain RV with your coach. The work is poor and they charge for items not authorized. I will not go back 2008 Affinity 45.

Agree. I had the "service from Hell" a year ago at Fountain. Now that Butch Williams has gone, one cannot trust the service. I was lied to by both the owner and current service manager. Also was sold as new - old tires.

Have been to Josam's a few times and received good service with Barry as the contact person.

They really messed up the frame on my drivers side window while working to defog the window and one of my hubcaps was stolen while in their care. When I complained they said nothing. Everything else I had done was also of poor workmanship. Butch was on his way out at the time.
