Allison at Tucson rally

I missed the Allison seminar at Tucson (techs were working on our coach). I was told the Allison speaker said something about new "rules" effective since January of this year. Since we're in the midst of switching over to Transynd tranny fluid I was wondering if the new rules have anything to do with this procedure.
Could someone who was at the seminar post a brief summary of what it was that changed in January?
