minor water leak

there seems to be a minor water leak in the plumbing bay behind the what looks like the water 'fill tank' / City Water fill valve. How do I remove the 'plastic' front piece (with all the direction on it) so I can get to the water hose connection at the valve itself. I have a 2005 Inspire.
