Here are the capacitor specs for our Penguin.

Dual Run Cap: 20 + 10 uF (MFD) plus or minus 10% and 370 VAC
3.675" long X 1.980" diameter

Motor Start Cap: 47-56 uF (MFD) and 250 VAC
3.380" long X 1.440" diameter

Here's a thread on iRV2 that I started about replacing the caps.

Hey Charles-

I had the same issue on my 2000 CC Allure - maybe same A/C?

The installed capacitorwas not readily available, and after talking to
some electricians, I bought and installed from Grainger:
Motor Dual Run Cap,25/10 MFD,370-440V
Item no: 30D596

Been using it now since April 2017, so 2+ years.
