I have a '06 Intrigue. #12046 and the sub-woofer speaker is located in the cabinet just left of the micro wave oven.

Thank all of you for your help! I located the subwoofer speaker behind the bottom drawer in the galley. The Jamo subwoofer amplifier is in the cabinet above the driver's left shoulder. Turns out my amp was blown, and when a functional amp was hooked up, the subwoofer loudly revealed its location. Ordered a refurbished Jamo amp on Ebay. Wow, what a sound system when everything works!
