New test board login problems

Obviously, some are having problems loging in, I suspect due to spam blockers on AOL, MSN, Earthlink, etc.
The login thing is no big deal, we just want folks to check out the format, and comment on it.

I activated everyone who showed as pending, 88 members active as of today.
