Hey everyone, welcome to the new site :D

I found all of your "older" accounts and merged them,  so now you have more accurate join dates and post counts etc ....  Merging userid's will be an ongoing process, its just the nature of how Yahoo handled group accounts vs how regular a normal db works.  Anyway lots of work in progress but nothing to prevent use of the site.

I want to add my thanks. I really appreciate all of the work that went into getting this forum set up, particularly with all of the historical data. Great job! And, I'm one of those that never clicked with the Yahoo user interface, and I didn't want the real-time emails, so I felt it was hard for me to participate in that group. I really like this forum interface much better, so thanks again!

Well, that was a relief.  I'd been concerned about registering in time and that it would be easy to register.  It was so easy.  Thank you for all of the work that's been done and that will continue to be done on our behalf.

When our CC ended as a business and we all became owners of, "orphans," it was disconcerting for a while.  As we continue owning our coaches and see more and more folks deciding to sell, it seems to become even more important to Mike and me that we have this blanket of camaraderie and source of knowledge to help.  We've been helped and hope we've helped too.  A year and a half ago we added the HWH Active Air which brought our coach, we feel, a 2006 Inspire, up to a much stronger and much better driving coach.  Even the leveling is a marvel!  We had an oil pump go bad while driving through the Upper Peninsula of Michigan about 4 weeks ago.  We didn't know that at the time and were concerned that it was a much bigger engine deal, but the tow was handled superbly by Coach Net with finding an excellent tow company and truck repair called Crossroads Truck Repair near Marquette,MI.  Excellent all around including the mechanic who right away at 9:30 on a Friday night when we arrived said it wasn't a big engine problem.  With oil completely gone and th engine shutting itself down, no damage was done.  It took a while to get the oil pump sent in and a fuel line that needed replacing, but we were very comfortable and had a little power for the several days we enjoyed life in our coach in their parking lot.  All is well, or so we think knowing that the older our coach gets, there could be more happening.  It's been a superb coach with very little trouble in our 13 years so far.  The help and info we've found on our other CC blog was so important.  Thank you again for giving us this opportunity to continue.

Thanks to all for their monumental effort. I find this format more user friendly and much easier to find information on our coaches. This group and the assistance provided by our supporting repairman and vendors is invaluable.

Smitty,
Don't know about "infamous" but it is I, the current Intrigue owner. Never had an Allure.

Thanks Don S.  (Don Seager had the Allure, and even though he retired his RV wheels, still shares his knowledge with the CC gang!!!). And sorry, if you are now known as 'the infamous Intrigue' owner:)!

Thanks so much to all who organized and transferred all the info.  I don't post often, but have gleaned so much knowledge over the years.  I couldn't get this transfer to work with my old yahoo id, so I did just re-register.

Thanks

Ellen,

I found your old id and "merged" it with this new one, so now your old join date and post count are correct :)

See the admin's post here regarding how to set up email notifications.

Also, someone mentioned not seeing updates since 11/12. That's because there apparently hadn't been any activity since then, until today's posts in this thread. Go to the forum index page at https://www.countrycoachforums.com/index.php?action=forum and you can see a listing of the last post in each section of this forum.

Not a lot of activity. Apparently everyone's coach is in fine shape, no problems.

I'm late to the party, I just got the final notice from Yahoo groups and finally took the time to see what was happening. I used to follow the group closely when I was full-timing, but I sit still most of the year these days. I don't know if I posted anything, but my username, Orvalution, came up, and an email was sent to migrate my account. I guess the email I used isn't active anymore, so I created a new account.

Glad to be here and see the activity. Many thanks to Steve for preserving this valuable resource.
