Power steering reservoir location

I need to change the power steering fluid in my 2002 Country Coach. Could you please tell me where the reservoir is located?
Also,  There is a chrome cap in the side rear compartment (pass. side). What fluid is in that reservoir?

Passenger side in engine compartment; two caps on the top: black (dipstick) and silver (vent?).
