Considering 2005 Affinity with C-13

Seeking experiences and knowledge on 2005 Affinity being considered for purchase.

Are there known issues with this coach and engine
I should be aware of? Have heard about window  and windshield problems, paint checking, C-13 ACERT problems with these coaches.

Seeking wisdom of the forum for guidance.
Want first coach to be our  last one.
