non start after replacing batteries

We just replaced 2 coach batteries. Simple battery change. But now we have a non start issue.Engine turns over great, but will not start.We are heading for vacation on Friday, we could use some help.

Make sure no one has pushed emergency stop button in engine area. Pull out by hand just to make sure.
