Batteries changed. No turn over - Fixed that ... now no ignition ?

Greetings
First post ...
Replaced batteries in 2005 CC Intrigue ... ended up with blown fuse in driver bay transmission ecm (?) ... no lights on Transmission pad ... found fuse, and replaced.

Now ... Engine turns over ... but there is no starting ... no cough, etc.  ECM on top of Engine is not getting power.
We opened the panel above in bedroom and there is no power to the connector.

I read in one post that there is an inline 5V fuse ( fuel ?) ... said in "front run bay" which I assume is the bay below driver seat.  Havent been able to locate that ... the locations of all the fuses seem to vary coach to coach.

We are getting fuel to the engine ... but the ECM is not powered.  Must be a fuse somewhere ... ???

Question :  Can anyone suggest where a 5v (?) fuse (inline ?) may be on a 2005 CCIntrigue ?    or possibly what else may have blown when batteries changed ...

Appreciate any wisdom ... great forums ... I have solved a number of other issues here !!
Cheers
