Is an Extended Warranty recommenced?

Greetings,

We are new to this forum.  We pickup our 2007 Country Coach Allure 470 Siskiyou Summit with 10,000 miles, it has the 400hp Cummins and Dynamax chassis, tag axle on Wednesday and have 3 days to decide if we want to purchase an extended warranty.

About 7 years ago we sold our 2006 Fleetwood Revolution 40LE with 17,000 miles and the extended warranty paid for itself the 1 year we owned it.  We realize that Country Coaches are far better made than the Revs.

So, here are our questions if anyone would take a few minutes to give us your feedback.  The extended warranty would be with Campers Edge, 4 year or 48,000 miles for approx. $4,900.  The deductible is $0 if we bring it back to the same dealer for work, otherwise it is $100.

1.  With the year and miles, is there anything specific that you have experienced or read where the extended warranty would pay for itself?

2.  Is there anything common with CC’s that we need to keep an eye out for?  I haven’t read anything except maybe some Cat complaints but this one is a Cummins.

2.  Does anyone have any experience with Campers Edge extended warranties?

3.  I have heard mixed reviews With GoodSam warranties, does anyone have any feedback?

Thanks much.
