Can't sign in to Good Sam

I have Good Sam insurance. I sold my Holiday Rambler and I'm trying to sign in to Good Sam to cancel my insurance. I can't sign in because Good Sam doesn't recognize my e-mail!

Hi - I was unable to log in after purchasing roadside assistance but I was trying to log on to the Good Sam Club which was different. 

Club:
RV Membership Clubs | Camping Memberships | Good Sam Club

Roadside:
RV Roadside Assistance | Roadside Assistance | Good Sam Roadside

Insurance:
Good Sam Insurance | RV Insurance | Good Sam Club

You may want to try the link above.  It is annoying that the don't have a single sign on but whatever.
