How do I reverse metal valve stems on Alcoa wheels.

My outside wheels have the stems pointing inward so I can't get my air chuck on them. How do I reverse them to aim outward. Just loosen them and spin them around?

You can’t turn them around.  You need to use different chuck to air tires.  Search Amazon for dual head air chuck. One side fills tires valves facing you and other side you go past air valve and come back to it.
