Parking lights not working - 2005 Allure 470

2005 Allure 470 Sunset Bay CC31161
Does anyone have a schematic for the headlight/parking lights including the dash switch?  I have measured 12v at the two yellow wires, red is 12v in headlamp position, and blue is 12v for parking position. But the parking lamps do not work.  Someone has added a jumper from the red to the dash backlight switch (tan) so the dash light work, but I would like to find the root cause.  I can trace the blue wire physically to see where it goes, but a schematic would save me tons of time.  Thanks

Update:  looking at the archives, it seems the parking light wire #11 from the headlamp switch goes to an ICC control board which controls the "blinking" of the headlamps or clearance lamps when the "ICC" buttons are pushed on the SmartWheel.  When I press the SmartWheel buttons, the headlamps do not blink nor do the clearance lamp blink.  I think the problems are related, but I need a schematic to run the problem down.  If anyone has schematics it would help a lot.  Thanks
Bill

Hi Bill - I replied on the Facebook page, obviously you visit there less often.  yes the marker (parking) and headlights go through the Vehicle Improvement Products (VIP) smartwheel controller, and steering wheel controls.  There are a number of relays that control circuits.

Your 2005 may have the SM209 controller and system, my 2007 has the one generation newer SM211.  Wiring schematic is fairly similar, the controller board has different number of Mate N Lock (Amp lock) connectors.  Principle of operation is similar.

I had troubles with a "no headlight" scenario a year or so back and became very familiar with the system.  VIP has a great tech page, but I can hot rod your learning by having a phone conversation if needed.  Let me know, send me an email; we traded emails previously.  I have attached both my marked up schematic with CC wire numbers (SM211 controller), and your SM209, if I am correct in my assumption for your 2005.

Hope this helps,
Brian
