2000 Intregue stove top

We have purchased a 2000 Intrigue , the kitchen counter top has cracks and the stove cover has been replaced with a cutting board. the edges from the counter top down to the cook top surface was repaired,( I assume) with a cordon or plastic piece that has been burned from stove flame. I actually believe that This is supposed to have the Stainless steel edging and stove surface, Chefs delight???? Anyway can those still be gotten and where might I find it? Any and all help is appreciated.
