SOMFY BLINDS

New to the forum, second attempt at first post.  I have just purchased a 2003 COUNTRY COACH ALEXA.  Love the coach so far but I need some help.  Coach has Somfy blinds.  They are 12 volt.  The only way to operate the blinds is with a remote.  The seller provided me with a new remote as the old remote was missing.  I have instructions as to how to program the remote but nothing seems to work.  I have looked for days and am not able to find the RECEIVER or the TRANSMITTER for the blinds.  There is supposed to be a reset or learn or program button on the receiver.  I  am desperate, does anybody have any idea where the RECEIVER or TRANSMITTER might be on my coach?  THANKS.  SKIP
