2007 Inspire 360-Divinci-Bedroom slideout motor issues

Hello everyone
almost one year since I bought this RV and now faced with the motor at the bedroom slide spinning and slide not moving at all.  I was able to push the slide in and get back home safe.  Does anyone know what the problem(s) could be?  I have heard that it could be the Spur Gear inside the gear box of the motor.
My motor number is 522802 Power Gear
Thank you in advance

There are shear pins in the linkage between the slide motor and the drive mechanism.  The pins are designed to fail prior to damaging the motor and drive mechanism.  The pins will shear with wear and allow the motor to turn without moving the slide.  Have someone activate the slide motor while you are looking at the mechanism makes it easier to find the problem.

Thank you and I just happen to have found the problem before I read your replied suggestion.
The pin that holds the Metal Gear onto the motor shaft and moves the rail in and out is broken.  Unfortunately i had to take the whole dang system out from under the bed in order to brake into the casing where this gear is located.  Not sure if that was the right approach or not but it is done.  Wow.
Off to hardware store I go to get this pin.

Thank you and God bless

Okay.  All back together now and everything working just fine.  The shear pin, on the Metal gear which sits on the shaft attached to the motor, snapped in three pieces.  It is too bad I could not find an easy access to that gear and the pin.  I took the entire rail assembly out and took apart the unit that contained the gear.
Cost of the pin, $1.49
It took about 5 hours total time (including scratching my head looking at the whole system).

Oh, happy days
