Water temperature light coming on

As we climb up a hill and it reaches 191 temperature, a red water temperature light comes on. All the other temperatures are at 190. As we start to decent it goes off…….
Took to Cummins rep and unable to find problem. The Silver Leaf shows
“Cooler Sensor Fault”.
2003 Country Coach Allure 1st Avenue.
All filters been replaced; flushed radiator and washed outside of radiator; fluids all good.
Can anyone suggest what might be happening?
Hard to get information or help from CC as don’t know who to call.

Looks to me like you will need to replace your coolant sensor. The fact that it alerts at 191 indicates a failure.
