Sequence or Series number location?

My insurance company wants to know my sequence or series number before they will write the insurance. I sent them a copy of the information sticker in the medicine cabinet but they said that is not it. Does anyone know where to find the sequence number?

On my coach it's part of the manufacturer and weights sticker that's down on the left sidewall by the driver's left knee.
