RS3000 inverter issue

Hello,

We have a 2007 Magna with an inverter problem.  The coach has been in storage for the past several months plugged into shore power.  When going into the coach, noticed the house batteries around 9V.  We have 2 of the Xantrex RS3000 inverters and Silverleaf house monitoring system.  I don't recall if the house monitoring system would only show Inverter #2 or if it would show both.  Regardless, only inverter #1 is showing up and it shown in the "off" position and on "standby" (see picture below).  Let the gen and engine run for a while and the house batteries did eventually come up to around 12V.  Microwave and fridge would never turn on (with shore and gen on) but there was an AC outlet that was working a plug in speaker.

Went under the bay to take a look at the 2 RS3000 inverters.  The bottom inverter had no lights on at all, the top inverter I believe had just the external AC light on, did a reset of the top one and the lights illuminated as shown in the picture below and you could hear the fan running.  Nothing would get the bottom inverter to light up.  Fuses were not blown.  The house monitoring system did not change.  Toggled all the breakers in the coach including both inverter breakers.  I'm assuming Inverter 1 on the display panel is the bottom (off) inverter but I could not figure out how to switch over to see inverter #2.  I dont know if inverter #2 ever displayed on that panel before? I just dont recall.  Any trouble shooting I'm missing? Thanks in advance!
