power to yamaha subwoofer

Hello, we just purchased coach 12207, a 2008 42' intrigue. I'm having trouble getting the yamaha subwoofer to power up. Does anyone know where it plugs in, thanks, Mike.

Hi There, first of all, I am assuming you may be talking about the sub-woofer under the sink unit ? If so, then I had the same issue with my 2008 Intrigue. No power to the sub-woofer - The power coming from an interconnect which hides behind the fridge to the rear . On my coach the interconnect was faulty, resulting in no power going to the plugs which supplied the sub-woofer. You can access this power interconnect by opening the panel on the rear of the coach to gain access to the rear of the fridge, to the rear inside at low level you should see the plug where the fridge gets plugged in, and behind that rearwards in the coach you should see 2 interconnects. These are poor design, check those out. See attached pic.

Thanks Jeeves, I finally found the plug for the subwoofer and it does have power. It is under the propane fittings access panel under the bottom slide out tray under the range. I thought it might be causing my yamaha stereo to go into shut down mode but it turned out the short was in the xm stereo input cable, all is fine now, Mike.
