2008 Intrigue Brake design defect

I am currently carrying out maintenance on my 2008 Country Coach Intrigue. And have found a design defect in the passenger side drive axle caliper, where it hits the suspension rail and restricts the calipers travel, causing reduced/no braking on that wheel.
