2008 Inspire tow module location

I have a 2008 Inspire 36'. Can anyone tell me where the tow board/module is located on this model? Thanks in advance.

There is a chance that there is none ... not all coaches came with that option.

If your coach is equipped with a board, it will be in the engine compartment or right rear compartment. With your engine off, put on your 4-way flashers on your coach.(less noise) With good ears, listen for a relay to click with the flash of your 4-way lights. If your coach is equipped with the board, you should be able to locate it.

One other location is in the bedroom.  At the drawer stack, remove the bottom drawer and look on the floor towards the back of the bulkhead. They are sometime mounted there.  The flasher trick works to help locate here as well.

Thanks for the reply SteveC. I'm coming to the conclusion my coach does not have the tow board after looking in all the places others have found theirs. I used your suggestion to turn on the 4-way flashers and listen for the relay. I found it in the DS forward bay. It is a single relay mounted on the interior wall of the bay.

I'm having an issue with no voltage at the brake pin on the 7-pin tow connector. I was thinking maybe a blown fuse on the tow board or the dip switch not set correctly.  All tail lights work on the coach and I do have turn signals and running lights on my tow vehicle. Just don't have brake lights.

Hello, I think on a 7 pin plug the brake lights are powered thru the yellow and green turn signal wires. The brake wire is for electric trailer brakes coming from a brake controller.
