Accessing top of fuel tank through plywood subfloor

I'm going to replace the carpet and padding in my 1999 Intrigue on a dynatrax chassis. I also want to replace the fuel gauge sending unit along with supply pick up tube in the fuel tank. can you tell me how the plywood floor is attached to the frame? I'm hoping it is screws, accessible  from the top of plywood after carpet and padding are removed.
Thanks for any input you may have.

I would assume the tank access is in one of the storage compartments.  I just replaced the genset feed/return lines in our '04 Inspire; the fuel tank was accessed through the passenger side forward storage compartment.  The inner wall comes out to access the tank.
That would be easier than removing sections of subflooring.
