Outdoor Resort type properties

Thanks to everyone who responded to my inquiry for a "warm fuzzy" regarding these types of properties.
I think for now this will become a back burner item for me. It really seems to make sense only for those who are enjoying them because they use it a lot or have been fortunate enough to be in a popular area.
