1996 Country Coach Intrigue

I do know that my 1996 allures frontend was welded into the frame 3" out of square. One side of the front axle was 3" back of the other, and the rear axle was a 1 1/2 "s out the other way. She rolled out of the factory like that. CC said it was aligned . yes it was but it went down the road sideways. CC said it was built within there specs and would not cover it.
Had it fix on my own at a independent shop. They cut it all loose and welded it back in, now it is within a 1/8".
I hope the new ones are better, I wonder about this when one guy says his coach handels poorly and another thinks his is great????????? I would not trust just one source.

We had the same problem with our 1996 Intrique (36'). We purchased pre-owned from Mike Thompson's and upon driving it home, my wife who was driving behind noticed that our rig "Dog Tracked" real bad! I went back to Mike Thompsons and told them the problem. They told us that it was the previous owners problem! We reminded them that "They (Mike Thompson's)were the previous owner" and therefore the responsible party. They agreed and they sent it to Frieghtliner and Freightliner contracted it out to a specialty shop where the rear welds were broken and re-aligned using Lazor Tech. Now our coach is lined up where it should have been. Appears to be a CC flaw as no other welds or damage was noticed when it was properly aligned! Had my wife not trailed me, I might not have ever noticed the "Dog Tracking?"
