2002 37" magna - 2002 affinity

I am currently talking to an owner of a triple slide 2002 37' Magna.

A buyers guide states it is rated as a 49 on a scale of 100 for driving. This is in comparison to 100 for 40 and over Foretravels and in the 90's for CC coaches 40' and longer. Has anyone driven a 37' CC?

I am also looking at a 2002 double slide Affinity. Any one have any comments.

There is also a 2003 Lexa 45' unit that may be a good choice.
