Sewer Solution Install

Has anyone succesfully used the Sewer Solution with a 40'Allure Pendleton? The sewer/gray water outlet is too far from the access hole and too close to rear wall to get an adapter in there to make the correct angle necessary to clear the opening.

I'm not sure of your exact situation, but did you know that the "Y" can pivot in and out, with the black and gray tank valves as the pivot points? Will that help?

Larry, Ree:

I use the Sewer Solution on my coach after figuring out how to make it fit. I have an 2003 40 foot tag Intrigue, so I think our black and gray water discharge is the same.
I could not get the Sewer Solution to fit directly on the discharge pipe; however, adding one of those 5 or 6 inch clear extensions allows the proper line up over the access plate in the bottom of the compartment. That being said, here is what you have to do -- put Vaseline on the O rings and the areas where they will be attached. Put the Sewer Solution on the discharge end of the clear piece then attach the clear piece to the black discharge pipe. It will fit once you get the knack. The green 3/4 inch discharge hose on the Sewer Solution will have to be manipulated a bit to clear the edge of the bottom access plate as you twist to lock, but it will fit.
I still use the standard 3 inch sewer hose when I am close enough to the sewer dump and only need one length of hose. The Sewer Solution is great for those long runs and it is easy to handle and store. While it does not allow for the fast flushing affect evident with the 3 inch hose, it does seem to work well. The clear extension mentioned above allows you to monitor the tank flushing.
