kings canyon camping

Has anyone taken there coach into and stayed in Kings Canyon national park? the web site is not very helpful as far as rv limits go. Thank you.

It has been a while since I traveled to that park, but my recollection is that the roads in the park are very narrow and that there is no RV camping available in the park itself. You might want to call the ranger station and ask. There are a couple of small parks on the highway from Fresno to the park that might handle big rigs, but I wouldn't stay at them...just not enough room. If you find a way to camp and travel to the park that makes you happy, you won't regret it. It is a beautiful park.
